Park your vehicle on your allotted car park at the entrance of the campsite.
Your luggage is loaded onto a cart and the kids can get on board or run alongside. What a great way to start a holiday….
Your pitch is never far away and all are flat !!!
If you are looking for peace of mind and tranquility, this is the place to be. Kids can play throughout the campsite, in safety, and there is no noise pollution. Our 5 hectare holiday park is labelled Natura 2000 for the quality of its water and exceptional environment.
Our pitches are carefully laid out so you can enjoy a car-free environment without any hassle. An ideal place to slow down, wind down and enjoy a well-deserved break closer to nature …

Why a no car campsite?
First of all, so that you can enjoy the beauty of the great outdoors. Wake up to the sounds of birds chirping and the river flowing…then go for a walk or a run in a peaceful environment.
For the freedom your children will enjoy, running around safely and making new friends.
From 8am, children can pick up bread and croissants from reception in their pyjamas… This new-found autonomy will make great holiday memories!
Finally for a long-awaited break, a good rest far from the hustle and bustle of big cities or overcrowded campsites. A guaranteed change of scenery in the heart of nature, where time seems to slow down. No noise, no slamming doors, just a place to recharge your batteries and enjoy the French way of life.
Regulatory obligations
The Village du Port campsite has to follow rules and regulations to comply with the following accredited labels :
- Natura 2000 – Protection of the local flora and fauna
- Site of drinking water catchment – Vehicles must be parked in areas defined by the regional environment services to avoid polluting the water table
- Bâtiment de France – No visual pollution allowed, protection of the existing heritage
- Great Sites of Occitanie – A label obtained for the village buildings on the bank of the river, opposite the campsite
- World Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO – Protection of the Dordogne river.
