Organising a whole weekend

The Village du Port campsite is situated in 5 hectares of grounds, set in a leafy and preserved environment with a renovated farm, reception rooms, wellness area and glamping accommodation. Everything is in place to make your event an unforgettable one.

Friday

From Friday noon onwards, you are free to use the facilities to set up and welcome your guests.

In the evening you can either organise a giant barbecue, a lush picnic or rent a food truck. Everything is possible!
You can also book the evening at the wine bar to start celebrating around the braziers.
It’s the evening that sets the mood for the weekend.

Saturday

Saturday morning is market day in Martel! An excellent opportunity for your guests to discover this beautiful medieval town, 10 minutes drive from the campsite.

The banks of the Dordogne river, opposite the church and the historic houses, are the most romantic place to conduct a ceremony while sitting on hay bales or having an aperitif under the trees.

In the early evening, the party will continue in the reception hall or the marquee set up for the occasion.

You can choose a seated dinner or a more informal affair like an outdoor barbecue followed by an unforgettable party until the early hours…

Sunday

No rush to wake up!, “Chez Sophie” is open to have a coffee and breakfast unless you have already booked brunch or a food truck for lunch!

It’s time to relax, enjoy the swimming pool, have a massage or play games.
You can even organise a canoe trip down the Dordogne or a game of pétanque to bring this beautiful weekend to a close.

A few tips to help you maximise your time with your guests:

The guest list with allocated accommodation is displayed at reception.
The guests names are written in front of each accommodation.
A map of the site is given to each guest, indicating their accommodation.
Don’t forget to add the programme for the weekend inside the map …

Remember that everything takes longer with a group.
